01 What is Mado exactly?
Mado is a Singapore-based, smart styling and rental service for trips to Japan. You tell us your dates, vibes, and sizes; we deliver curated looks to your stay; you wear and return. Cleaning included.
02 When is Mado (beta) launching and where is Mado available?
We are targeting to deliver in Spring 2026. We will announce on our socials when booking is opened. For beta focus, we will be deliver in Japan, while our marketing & tech office is in Singapore.
03 How do you get my size right?
We will ask a few simple questions to build your style & fit profile, then we curate. As we're in beta, the fit might not be perfect we ask for your understanding and support and our customer service to render help if needed.
04 Do you style for kids?
In beta and early stages of Mado, we are focusing on providing adult's curated travel wardrobe for their trips to Japan.
05 How far in advance should I book?
During Beta, we encourage you to book your look between 45 to 14 days before arrival.
06 Are the clothes clean and hygienic?
Yes, professional cleaning and QC is conducted after every rental.
07 What is including in the rentals?
Ready-to-wear outfits for your rental period. You will bring your essentials such as underwear, socks, base thermal if you prefer. Shoes and accessories are not included.
08 How much does this service cost?
We are still in the process of engineering our pricing structure. More information will be released prior to launch.
09 What is your cancellation policy?
We are still in the process of engineering our refund policies. More information will be released prior to launch.
10 How do you handle my data?
We use your info only to style, deliver and to improve MADO. No resale of personal data.
